Updated | By Nokukhanya N Mntambo
Police in Gauteng have made headway in at least two separate murder investigations.

This comes after five arrests were made at the weekend.
This includes the arrest of four suspects linked to shooting incident at Chicken Farm in Kliptown last week Monday where four people were killed and two others injured.
In a separate incident, two people were shot dead by a group of unknown men last Sunday at Tjovitjo informal settlement in Freedom Park.
Seven were injured.
Provincial police spokesperson Dimakatso Sello says both cases were assigned to the Serious and Violent Crimes Unit for further investigation.
“The team followed up on all available information which led to the arrest of four suspects on the Kliptown case and one suspect on the other case.”
The suspects are expected to appear in court on Tuesday on charges of murder and attempted murder.
