Shaune Mogaila was granted bail of R20 000 in the Tembisa Magistrates Court on Friday.

The PSL player appeared in court on charges of culpable homicide and reckless and negligent driving.
He handed himself over to police on Wednesday afternoon, hours after the accident occurred.
Mogaila, who arrived in court dressed in a black sweater and a plaster on his forehead, was involved in a head-on collision that claimed the life of a nine-year-old girl.
It’s alleged Mogaila’s car pummeled into a vehicle that was transporting a female driver and her two minor passengers along Andrew Mapetha Road in Tembisa on Wednesday morning.
The girl was declared dead on the scene, while the driver and the 13-year-old boy were rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
In a viral video purported to be footage of the crash, a black luxury vehicle can be seen crashing into a red car.
Speaking to reporters outside court, the victims’ relatives said they believe the Sekhukhune United player was receiving favourable treatment because he was considered rich and famous.
The matter was postponed until 4 February next year for further investigations, including an analysis of video footage obtained by the police.
These include obtaining post-mortem results and analysing video footage obtained by authorities
