Former IPID boss Robert McBride appears in court for fraud

The case against former IPID Boss Robert McBride and two others has been postponed to the April 15.
McBride, Innocent Khuba and Matthes Sesoko are facing two charges relating to their investigation into former Hawks head Anwa Dramat, regarding the rendition of five Zimbabwean nationals.
Dressed in suits and ties, the trio appeared briefly before the Pretoria Magistrates Court.
They are facing charges of fraud and defeating the ends of justice.
The state told the court that an agreement with the defense had been reached on bail conditions.
McBride and his co-accused should hand over their passports by March 18.
They have been granted of R1500 each.
