Updated | By Neo Leeuw
Four people died and 67 were injured, 11 critically, when a commuter train headed for central New York derailed Sunday close to the Hudson river, the city's fire department said.

Seven of the train's cars left the tracks, rather than five as originally indicated, at around 7:20 am (1220 GMT), a spokesman for the fire department said, noting that rescue teams are on site.
