Four killed in crash on R59
Four people died in a crash on the R59 near the Kliprivier Road off-ramp on Sunday morning.
A spokesperson for the Ekurhuleni emergency services, William Ntladi, said on arrival, they found the car with four adult males several metres away from the road.
The cause of the crash is still the subject of an investigation.
"On arrival, we found a single vehicle several metres away from the road on the R59. All four occupants were lying around the vehicle; unfortunately, on assessment, all of them were declared deceased by paramedics.
“The scene was handed over to law enforcement officers for investigation purposes.”
