Police divers have recovered the four remaining bodies following Saturday's boat accident on the Vaal River.

Gauteng police spokesperson Brigadier Mathapelo Peters says the bodies were recovered close to Sasolburg in the Free State on Sunday.
The boat was also retrieved from the river.
A total of five people drowned during the incident.
“The Water Police and Diving Services Specialised Unit of the SAPS in Gauteng has now successfully withdrawn from the operation," Peters says.

"The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the multiple drownings is underway. Police will work closely with the South African Marine Safety Authority on the investigation."
On Saturday, seven people, between the ages of 30 and 45, were cruising on the boat on a part of the Vaal River in the Vereeniging area when the boat apparently started staking in water.
It eventually capsized.
Two people managed to swim to safety and alerted authorities.
