The Vredenburg Magistrate's Court in the Western Cape on Monday postponed the case against accused number four in the disappearance of Joslin Smith.

The case against 32-year-old Lourencia Lombaard was postponed to next Monday.
She is facing charges of trafficking in-person and human trafficking.
Lombaard was arrested over the weekend, with the state claiming she confessed.
"The state is opposing your release at this stage,” the magistrate said during Lombaard’s brief appearance.
“Your matter is postponed to the 25th of March for bail information, you will be in custody until then.”
The six-year-old Grade 1 pupil went missing from her house in the Middelpos informal settlement four weeks ago.
Her mother, Kelly Smith, and two men will return to court on 13 May.
