Fourth suspect in Amy'Leigh kidnapping ‘in SA illegally’
Updated | By OFM
The fourth accused in the kidnapping of 6-year-old Amy’Leigh de Jager is expected back in court on October 11 for a ruling on his bail application.

Mohlomohi Bafokeng (24) appeared in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
The court heard that Bafokeng, who is originally from Lesotho, is in the country illegally and was also staying in a different address to the one he provided to the police.
For this reason, state prosecutor Ntombi Marase strongly opposed bail.
Bafokeng and three other accused, Pieter Van Zyl 50, Laetitia Nel 40 and Tharina Human 27 are facing charges of kidnapping and extortion.
The trio was in court on Tuesday where the court heard that Amy'Leigh de Jager is traumatised following the kidnapping and is too scared to go to school.
The court also heard that, based on the doctor's findings, the 6-year-old is suffering from stomach ulcers following the kidnapping ordeal.
The state has also opposed bail for the trio.
