Free State farm manager attacked and killed
Police in the Free State have launched a manhunt for suspects who attacked and killed De Rots farm manager, Brandon Horner (21).
His body was found on Friday.
"Upon arrival at the scene, police found Horner who was declared dead with injuries on his head and face, tied with a rope around his neck to the pole,” said the police’s Motantsi Makhele.
“A knife was seized from the scene and his Toyota Hilux was later found with blood stains abandoned near Duikfontein farm in Paul Roux."
The motive of the killing is unknown.
Police have opened a murder docket.
