Gender commission set to investigate Mbuyiseni Ndlozi
Updated | By Anastasi Mokgobu
Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has been reported to the Commission for Gender Equality (CGE).
The commission received a formal complaint against him following the treatment by party members of eNCA reporter Nobesuthu Hejana during the recent Clicks protests.
But they are telling her that she can be here, but not allowed to talk to EFF members. It means she was trying to interview them

I really do not see harassment here. Merely Touching her is not harassment. The touch has to be violent, invasive, or harmful to become harassment! https://t.co/dzkglCGVcM
Ndlozi made the comments while defending party members who were caught on video manhandling Hejana, who was reporting on the Clicks shutdown outside a mall in the Western Cape.
The commission's Javu Baloyi says Ndlozi will be informed of the complaint against him.
"The gender commission has also noted that Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has apologised for his utterances that he made and posted on his Twitter timeline. However, our internal processes as a Commission for Gender Equality will continue as such.”
Ndlozi has since apologised for the comments.

It was an irresponsible tweet, giving license to the violent treatment of women. It was also hurtful & made many who‘v suffered violence relive this pain
I apologize & receive all the robust rebuke you all gave me with love!
