Glynnis Breytenbach faces more charges
Former NPA prosecutor Glynnis Breytenbach appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Wednesday where she heard she will be facing more charges.
Breytenbach heard that two additional charges would be brought against her and would now be charged with defeating the ends of justice as well as fraud and perjury.
The NPA claims Breytenbach refused to hand over her official work laptop in 2012 when she was being investigated on charges of misconduct.
The case was postponed to April 8.
