Guard killed at Limpopo at tobacco company

Spokeswoman Colonel Ronel Otto said the armed robbery happened at the premises of the British American Tobacco South Africa at Magna Via on Tuesday at around 5.30pm.
“Security guards from Fidelity Guards were collecting money when they were attacked by five suspects wearing balaclavas. In the process a guard was shot and he died on the scene,” said Otto.
“The suspects fled in two vehicles after taking an undisclosed amount of money.”
Otto said no arrests have been made and investigations continue.
