Updated | By Staff Writer
A security guard working at the Silver Woods Country Estate began testifying in Oscar Pistorius's murder trial at the High Court in Pretoria on Friday.

Pieter Baba said he was the shift leader of the guards.
He testified in Afrikaans with an English interpreter.
Baba had been employed at the complex for around two years.
He testified that five guards would be positioned at the complex at night, while another five would take the evening duty.
Pistorius is on trial for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
He shot her dead through a locked bathroom door at his Pretoria home on Valentine's Day last year.
He said he had mistaken her for an intruder.
