Hope Zinde's son in court for her murder

The son of former SABC board member Hope Zinde, who has been charged with his mother's is expected to appear at the Brits Regional Court today.
Mark Warona Zinde allegedly killed his mother, at their home in Pecanwood Easte near Hartbeespoort Dam in North West in June.
The 28 year old Zinde was arrested last month after his mother's body was found in the boot of her car at her home in Hartbeespoort.
He's also been charged with possession of drugs. In his last court appearance Hope Zinde's mother Audrey Zinde submitted to the court, that Hope was on the verge of sending her son to a rehabilitation centre days before he allegedly murdered her.

Audrey stated that her daughter believed Mark was not in a "sound and normal state of mental health."
Magistrate Lourens Mattiah accepted the submissions and affidavits and postponed the matter to allow the accused to undergo psychiatric forensic evaluation at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital.
The court has during his previous appearance instructed that he undergo psychiatric evaluation.
