I am Bianca Thusi – And this is my Freedom Day
I am a young South African. A born free. We use that word so easily – freely.
Yet two decades after our first democratic elections, I hear the conversations among my parent’s generation.
I hear the phrase – We are still not free.
It made me think that maybe this is a generational thing. Maybe its a race thing. Maybe I would understand it better if I asked others.
So I did.
And this is what I discovered…
