I'm not guilty: Alberton driver

This was revealed in Isaac Wade Maruding's affidavit which was read to the court. He faces three charges of culpable homicide and a single charge of reckless or negligent driving.
Maruding was arrested on October 15. His truck ploughed into about 47 vehicles in early morning traffic on the N12 highway near Voortrekker Road, Alberton, on October 14, killing three people and injuring 16 others.
Two people died on the scene. One died in hospital.
