Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Private investigator Paul O'Sullivan is expected to appear in the Kempton Park Magistrates Court on Monday after he was arrested on Friday evening for allegedly violating the Immigration Act.

O'Sullivan was on his way to London, when a team of Hawks officers arrested him at the OR Tambo International Airport.
It has been reported that O'Sullivan was in possession of three passports.
It was a hive of activity outside court as journalists gathered, waiting for some clarity as to what charges would be brought against O'Sullivan.
#PaulOSullivan Media and legal teams sat outside court - no word on when the matter will be heard.
