"The video footage was obtained to assist the investigation in clarifying what led to the shooting.
"The investigation continues and no arrest has been made.”
A video of Bopape attacking the police vehicle and throwing bricks at the school windows made the rounds on social media.
The incident on video also shows Bopape being shot by one of the police officers while attacking the police vehicle on the school premises.
