A memorial service for veteran actor Jamie Bartlett will be held in Diepkloof on Monday afternoon.
Barlett died on May 23 at the age of 55 following a cardiac arrest.
He was laid to rest in Cape Town last week.
His manager and partner Rosa Onious says Bartlett always wanted his memorial service to be held in Soweto.
"The service will be held at Zone 6 Venue in Diepkloof starting at 4pm, to allow people who come from work to attend. Some of the speakers include the Rhythm City crew, his colleagues, and family friend. We would like all his fans who loved him to be there."
Bartlett became a household name for his role as villain David Genaro in the soap Rhythm City.
Other popular TV dramas that he has starred in include Jozi H and Isidingo.
Bartlett also starred in movies such as Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, White Lion, and Nothing for Mahala.
