Kehla Sitole to provide details of suspect in Precious Ramabulana murder

Ramabulana's death in her rented room over the weekend sparked an outcry with the Minster of Higher Education and the President condemning the violent incident.
The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety has confirmed that National Police Commissioner Kehla Sitole will be briefing the media on Thursday following the arrest of a suspect in connection with the death of Precious Ramabulana.
Ramabulana's death in her rented room over the weekend sparked an outcry with the Minster of Higher Education and the President condemning the violent incident.
She was stabbed 52 times.
She was a student at the Capricorn TVET College.

According to Joel Seabe, spokesperson for the department, the briefing will take place in Tzaneen.
"It is a very strongly linked suspect to this particular callous murder," said Seabe, noting that the Commissioner and MEC Namane Dickson Masemola wish to send a strong message of condemnation of violence against women and children, especially during the 16 days of activist against gender-based violence.
President Ramaphsoa officially launched government's 16 Days of Activism against Gender Violence campaign on Monday.
