A 33-year-old North West man now faces a charge of murder after the victim of a parking lot brawl in Klerksdorp, which was captured on video, died in hospital.

The video, depicting one man lying on the ground and bleeding profusely, was widely circulated on social media earlier this month.
Wernich Botha was arrested the day after the incident and was initially charged with attempted murder and assault with the intent to grievous bodily harm for allegedly assaulting two men on 2 September in the parking area of a shopping centre in Doornkruin.
Both victims, aged 44 and 32, were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
While the older male was discharged after he was treated for a concussion and shoulder, the 32-year-old victim remained in hospital where he subsequently died on Wednesday.
He had sustained a brain injury from the alleged attack.
Following his arrest, Botha was granted bail of R2000 in the Klerksdorp Magistrate's Court and was expected to reappear before the same court on 19 October.
