Knysna ANC councillor gunned down

Police are investigating the killing of an African National Congress (ANC) councillor in the Knysna, in the Southern Cape.

Victor Molosi was an ANC leader in the Knysna Municipality.
The police's Malcolm Pojie says Molosi was gunned down a few metres outside his home on Tuesday night.
He was shot coming back from a school governing body meeting.
"The suspect approached him and fired few shots. He was hit in the head.”
He adds no arrest have been made and the motive is unknown.

Knysna Mayor Mark Willemse says Molosi’s death is a big loss.
"He was a dedicated community man and a councillor and who worked extremely hard in his ward.”
