Krejcir, along with taxi boss Siboniso Miya, Owen Serero, Zodumo Biyela, crime intelligence officer Sergeant Nandi Nkosi, Welcome Nkanyiso Mafunda, Siphiwe Memela, and Mike Grigorov were expected to appear before the High Court sitting in Palm Ridge.

Their lawyers were expected to be in a position to brief Judge Geraldine Borchers on who was representing which accused as Biyela, for example, had indicated she wanted to change her legal representation.

During the last proceedings, Borchers said she also hoped a trial date would be finally set for the matter.

The group was alleged to have been involved in plans to kill Colonel Nkosana "Killer" Ximba and Paul O'Sullivan who had been investigating Krejcir.

Krejcir faces a string of charges in several matters including murder, attempted murder, dealing in drugs and kidnapping.
