KZN family murder case postponed again
Updated | By Lonwabo Miso

Tshepang Mokhali, 25, would undergo a mental assessment at Fort Napier Hospital and be back in court on November 6.
Last month Mokhali told Judge Nompumelelo Radebe he was stressed. She ordered that he see a doctor and a medical report be handed to her.
Earlier this month the matter was postponed to await a psychological report sought by his legal counsel.
Mokhali allegedly shot dead his relatives Maselina Leneah, 38, and her five children, aged between three and 14, in the Mzinyathi area of Inanda, near Durban, in December 2012.
He allegedly fled to Lesotho and was arrested after he visited a relative in Matatiele, Eastern Cape, on January 17.
"It is alleged that he robbed the family, who are his relatives, and killed them to cover up the robbery," Colonel Jay Naicker said at the time.
