KZN students arrested
Updated | By Lonwabo Miso
Three students were arrested at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and charged with public violence on Friday, police said.

Captain Thulani Zwane said students staged protests on the institution's Westville campus on Friday.
"We can confirm that students were protesting, burning bins and throwing stones at the [police] members."
He said the public order policing unit had been deployed and rubber bullets were used to disperse the students.
The three were expected to appear in court soon.
Friday's arrests follow the arrests of 26 students on Thursday after protests at the institution's Howard College campus.
