Lackay takes on SARS at CCMA on Monday
Updated | By ANA
The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration is set to hear an arbitration case between former South African Revenue Service (Sars) spokesman Adrian Lackay and his former employers on Monday.

Lackay claimed he resigned in February last year under duress amid allegations by Sars commissioner Tom Moyane that a rogue spy unit had been set up within the revenue service by former top officials.
In his case before the CCMA, Lackay claims his working conditions became unbearable and therefore he was constructively dismissed.
Lackay further claimed in Parliament during a meeting with MPs that he had been forced to issue press releases with incorrect information. Sars responded by saying it would sue Lackay in a multi-million rand defamation case.
The arbitration at the CCMA is set down for Monday to Friday in Johannesburg.
