‘Last throw of the dice’ as Shoba looks to reopen case
Updated | By Gaopalelwe Phalaetsile
Murder accused Ntuthuko Shoba will be back at the High Court in Johannesburg on March 4.

The defence wants to present the actual CCTV footage showing Tshegofatso Pule walking out of Shoba's complex on the night she was killed in 2020.
She was picked up by Muzikayise Malephane, who is currently in prison for her murder.
The court heard closing arguments in Shoba's trial on Tuesday.
The dispute in the video is the fact that it shows Shoba returning to the complex after 3 minutes.
He disputes this and wants to present the actual video in open court.
The Tshegofatso Pule foundation says it believes justice will still prevail.
"We are really not shaken as the family and the foundation, but it is time consuming, it's also physically and psychologically draining," says the foundation's Batlhale Modisane.
"But it would have been naive for us to have thought Shoba to give up so easily he already gave us run around during the bail applications, but this is the last kick of dying horse."
