Limpopo police have launched a manhunt for a 52-year old man accused of the brutal murder of his four children in Ga-Phasha village in Burgersfort.

Provincial police spokesperson Motlafela Mojapelo says the suspect told a neighbour on Tuesday morning that he had killed his children.
“The police were called by the neighbour of the suspect who alleged that the he told him that he killed the four children and indicated where they were.
“We went to those places and on the arrival, we found those three kids murdered and the other one was found at another area,” adds Mojapelo.
The children are aged between 3 and 9 years old.
Mojapelo says the four children were all seemingly stabbed to death.
“The three had stab wounds from a sharp instrument and the other one had an open wound. We don’t know the motive for the killing of the children, but our ongoing investigation will reveal in the later stage.”
