Officials over two municipalities in Limpopo have been deployed to assess the damage after a major storm causes widespread damage on Wednesday night.

The Mopani District Municipality has deployed its Disaster Management Team to Muyexe village in the Greater Giyani Municipality.
Mopani Municipality spokesperson Witness Tiva says they have received information that some residents were left displaced.
"Fortunately, we didn't receive reports of any people injured in the area," says Tiva.
Tiva adds the assessment will help the local government to determine the kind of relief needed in affected areas.
Various communities in the Collins Chabane District Municipality were also left devastated by the powerful storm.
Spokesperson for the Municipality, Moses Shivambu says they plan on reaching the affected areas on Thursday morning.
"We have received confirmation of over 200 houses without roofs and the trees have fallen. Electricity poles have also fallen," adds Shivambu.
