The African National Congress (ANC) has referred the damning
findings of the VBS Mutual Bank scandal to its Integrity Commission to consider
the party members named in the report.

ANC spokesperson Pule Mabe says the Integrity Commission is expected to meet next week.
“Officials of the ruling party will also meet with those in Limpopo, to discuss the response of the province”, adds Mabe.
According to the report released by the Reserve Bank, a total of 53 individuals have been implicated in the alleged corruption of the Limpopo based bank, to the total of almost R2 billion. They include the ANC’s Limpopo Treasurer Danny Msiza.
Mabe says its Limpopo structures will meet over the week end, where after there will be a meeting of ANC officials on national level.
Mabe says the party will decide on any action, following the findings by the Integrity Commission.
