[LISTEN] 'Insource all that was outsourced, and we will go back to work' says Numsa on SAA strike

"We are demanding that the jobs that were outsourced must be insourced. That is what we are demanding," said Cele.
The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) has given an indication that insourcing of employees could be a deal-breaker in the current stalemate with South African Airways (SAA).
As unions embarked on strike action on Friday, Basil Cele, the First Deputy President of NUmsa addressed the media in Johannesburg and said it was not only wages at stake.

"We are demanding that the jobs that were outsourced must be insourced. That is what we are demanding," said Cele.
"It is simple: insource all that was outsourced, and we will go back to work once that is done."
Cele insisted that workers were not to blame for the poor financial state SAA finds itself in, saying: "If you continue to loot, this is what is going to happen."
