[LISTEN] Ninow pleads guilty to raping 7-year-old
Nicholas Ninow pleaded guilty to the rape of a 7-year-old girl in the high court in Pretoria on Monday.

Ninow (21) allegedly raped the child in the bathroom of a Dros restaurant in Silverton in September 2018.
He pleaded guilty before his trial began on Monday morning.

In his plea agreement, Ninow confessed to penetrating the victim’s mouth with his genitals and his finger.
Defence attorney Herman Alberts read out the Ninow's affidavit in court, saying he realised that his actions were unlawful.
"The complainant indicated that she wanted to urinate and I got off the toilet pulled the pants down and I sat her on the toilet.
"In that moment I acted impulsively and took my penis and forced into the complainant's mouth thereafter I penetrated the complainant’s vagina with my finger. I quickly realised that what I was doing was wrong and I stopped."
