Police in KwaZulu-Natal have discovered the bodies of three people in a flat in Phoenix, north of Durban.
The bodies are believed to be that of a mother and her two daughters.
“On their arrival, they noticed that the bodies were a woman and her daughter. But while doing their investigations they further found a third body inside the flat,” says provincial police spokesperson Thulani Zwane.
Zwane says all three bodies did not have any visible injuries.
Three cases of murder have been opened at Phoenix Police Station.
Earlier this month, private security guards discovered the body of 9-year-old Miguel Louw while chasing armed robbers in Phoenix.
Louw was found in a shallow grave after going missing in July.
