Employees of various cash-in-transit companies are protesting in the Johannesburg CBD against the recent upsurge in cash-in-transit heists.
Hundreds of cash-in-transit workers took to the streets on Tuesday to demand better protection from police.
Authorities say at least 1 000 workers are expected to march with 60 transit vehicles.
