Updated | By ANA
President Jacob Zuma is expected to release the findings of the Seriti Commission of Inquiry into the 1999 arms deal in a televised address on Thursday morning.

The release of the report on allegations of fraud and corruption in the R70 billion deal comes four and half years after the commission was established and four months after it handed its conclusions to Zuma.
“The president will release the report of the commission today, 21 April 2016, at 10.30am, through the public broadcaster, the SABC,” his office said.
