LIVE: Zuma, NPA to learn spy tapes ruling
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
The National Prosecuting Authority and President Jacob Zuma's application for leave to appeal the so-called spy tapes ruling has been dismissed with costs.
The matter was heard in the North Gauteng High Court on Friday morning.
Judgement was reserved in June.
In April, the North Gauteng High Court ruled that the NPA’s 2009 decision to drop charges against Zuma was irrational and must be reviewed.
The DA wants the 783 charges against Zuma to be reinstated.
