Lockdown lunch for Ndabeni-Abrahams, Manana

A picture has surfaced of Communications Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams and former deputy higher education minister Mduduzi Manana enjoying lunch at his home.
Manana posted the picture on his Instagram account on Sunday.
Manana later deleted the post.
"It was great to host a former colleague and dear sister Cde Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams on her way back from executing critical and essential services," the post was captioned.
The lunch between the two appears to have been in violation of lockdown regulations - which is a criminal offence.

Speaking to Jacaranda FM News Manana says Ndabeni-Abrahams came to his house after she had been working nearby.
'I think the minister must respond for herself because I was home and she was working nearby, so it was not dinner per se," Manana says.
Ndabeni-Abrahams refused to comment when contacted by Jacaranda FM News, referring us to her communications team.
