Mabuza: Youth needs to fight AIDS scourge
Updated | By Neo Motloung
Deputy President David Mabuza says he is happy that young people are doing their part in fighting the scourge of HIV/AIDS.

Mabuza was speaking at the World AIDS Day commemorations at the Donsonville Stadium in Soweto on Saturday.
He told the crowd that the voices of young people have been missing from the fight against HIV/AIDS in the country.
“No one is going to liberate yourself from this challenge besides yourself,” he said.
Mabuza also urged young people to join the SA National AIDS Council.
“I want you to be part of our structure of our AIDS council in provinces, I want the voice of our young people to be heard.”
He also condemned the ongoing abuse of women in the country, saying men must change and respect the bodies of women.
