Major maintenance work affects power supply in Bronkhorstspruit
Earlier this month, The City of Tshwane received a notification from Eskom about a major maintenance work that will be carried out on the distribution network in Bronkhorstspruit.
The maintenance work started on Saturday morning and is expected to last Saturday night.
City spokesperson Selby Bokaba says in the interest of safety, the power supply will be shut down during this period.
"The outage will affect several areas in the area such Bronkhorstspruit, Ekangala, Kromdraai and Kwaggafontein. Customers are advised to treat all electricity supply points as live at all times."
