Makhura’s full SOPA: Govt determined to scrap e-tolls

Gauteng Premier David Makhura says his provincial government
is still determined to scrap the unpopular e-toll system.
Makhura delivered his State of Province Address (SOPA) in Soweto on Monday.
"Our position has not changed. We remain determined to ensure that e-tolls are not part of the future of our province.
"We anxiously await the finalisation of details by the national government on the mechanics of settling the debt," said Makhura.
