Malema acquitted
Economic Freedom Fighter leader Julius Malema was found not guilty on a charge of reckless or negligent driving in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate's Court on Friday.
The court ruled that the State could not prove the apparatus used to record Malema's speed was in good working condition.
