Malema told reporters after meeting with the Hawks in Silverton on Tuesday that he has no case to answer and that he believes the Hawks are being mischievous.

“We said if they [Hawks] want to charge, they must charge and we will speak in court.”
He also said the directive by the Hawks for him to present himself at their head office was dramatic, as he would previously meet with investigators at his offices or with his legal team.
“We were shocked with the drama today. Otherwise we subject ourselves to the rule of law and respect the institutions of the state.”
