Malema: I have never lost a conference

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema is confident he’ll be voted in for another term as head of the organisation.

He made the remarks while briefing the media on Thursday on the party's state of readiness for their upcoming national conference in December.
Malema and other party leaders will be up for re-election during the course of the party's second national conference, but was quick to remind reporters that contesting for positions does not necessarily lead to in-fighting.

When asked about what will his next move be should he lose his position, Malema responded: "Just go check my track record, I have never lost a conference.
"Not only the youth or EFF, but in the ANC, when I said this is what is going to happen it happened exactly as how I said it would happen.”
During the course of the briefing, Malema spoke on a variety of issues including organisational character and redesign, land reform, gender based violence, media communication and battle of ideas.
Malema also briefly spoke about the party's growing concern about the country's high unemployment rate and the appointment of Andre de Ruyter as Eskom CEO.
