Man critical after shooting in Durban

A man has been seriously wounded in a shooting that occurred in Durban.
According to reports, the man was shot in the parking lot of a major tile retailer around noon on Wednesday.
The incident was captured on camera and posted on Facebook by Rivaaj Ramdas shortly afterwards.

Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson says the circumstance leading up to the shooting are not known but police are investigating.
"On arrival Rescue Care paramedics found that a man in his 30s had sustained two gunshot wounds to the upper part of his body. He was found in a critical condition and advanced life support paramedics worked to stabilise him on the scene before transporting him the nearby facility for the further care that he required," he said.
