Man dies after being hit by taxi
A taxi driver was knocked down and died while retrieving a wheel that came off his own taxi in Randburg, Johannesburg, on Monday, paramedics said.
Another minibus knocked him down on Northumberland Drive after he pulled over to fetch one of his wheels when it came off, Netcare 911 spokesman Chris Botha said in a statement.
He died on the scene.
