A 28-year-old man was found dead in a veld in Thabong, Welkom, Free State police said on Wednesday.
A 28-year-old man was found dead in a veld in Thabong, Welkom, Free State police said on Wednesday.
Residents praying in the area found the body between Oppenheimer Park and St Helena Park, Sergeant Mamello Mokhuoane said.
"The man had no visible physical injuries."
He was identified by his brother as Matelane Khoza. Apparently he was last seen walking home on Saturday before midnight.
Police opened an inquest docket.
