A man was arrested after he was caught in possession of drugs with an estimated street value of R1.1 million at the Cape Town International Airport, police said on Sunday.
A man was arrested after he was caught in possession of drugs with an estimated street value of R1.1 million at the Cape Town International Airport, police said on Sunday.
Colonel Tembinkosi Kinana said the 47-year-old Nigerian man was caught with five plastic bags containing 3.9kg of Tik on Saturday.
"The man arrived on a flight from Johannesburg and the drugs were found after his luggage was searched.
"He was expected to appear in the Bellville Magistrate's Court soon.
