Man stabbed to death in Vanderbijlpark

A man believed to be in his 30s was killed when he was stabbed multiple times at his home in Axelson Road in Vanderbijlpark on Saturday morning, Gauteng paramedics said.

“ER24 paramedics were called to the scene by the local authorities,” ER24 spokesman Russel Meiring said.

“On arrival, paramedics were led into the residence where they found the man. Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous stab wounds to his face and head. Unfortunately the man had already succumbed to his injuries.”

Nothing more could be done for him and he was declared dead on the scene. Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations, Meiring said.
