Mandela's grandson back in court
Updated | By ANA
The 24-year-old grandson of the late former president Nelson Mandela is expected back in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on a charge of rape on Friday.

The man, who cannot be named until he pleads, was released on bail of R7000 in August.
He is accused of raping a 15 year old girl in the bathroom of a restaurant in Greenside, Johannesburg, on August 7.
In affidavits submitted to the court during his bail application, he claimed the sex was consensual.
His bail conditions were amended in September so that he could be treated for depression at One Military Hospital in Pretoria.
He also has to report to the Lyttelton police station twice a week.
