Mandela's rape-accused grandson granted bail
Updated | By Sune du Toit
Magistrate Paul du Plessis postponed the case to September 16 after informing the accused, who cannot be named until he pleads, of his bail conditions.
These included that Mandela remained a resident at the address provided to the court, that he was not allowed to leave Gauteng, and that he had to surrender all his travel documents.
The 24-year-old was also warned not to communicate with any of the State’s witnesses, which included via social networks. - ANA
